This course is designed for you.

The 2.5 hour group course is live over Zoom so requires you to carve out the time and make the dedication to yourself and to baby. You'll feel reassured on what you remember of antenatal preparation and what gaps needed filling. It'll reignite what is important to you for your birth experiences, and help you feel clearer on next steps to honour that. You'll feel more settled knowing that you've started this preparation strong and feel inspired and more focused on what else needs to be done.

What the course covers:

  • Recap the fundamentals of giving birth - hormones, hypnobirthing, stages of labour, and environment so that you're confident you've not forgotten the essentials.

  • Navigating the NHS system, because it's a challenge all of it's own and you CAN get past the big and small hurdles with a heads up (and some experienced doula tips).

  • Create space (both during and after the course) to reflect on your previous birth(s) because that experience comes along into this one - whether you realise it or not.

  • Finally, you'll receive a comprehensive list of things to do before this birth, both necesary and optional actions.

  • Group courses include optional extra to add a 1:1 hour at a reduced rate

  • Private courses include whatsapp support

Re-cap the mind body connection, hypnobirthing tools, and mindfulness in scenarios.

FUNDAMENTALS

Overview the stages of labour, hormonal changes, and how to navigate the NHS system.

REFLECTION

Looking back at your previous birth(s) and recognising what you're bringing into this birth.

NEXT STEPS

Clear and concise next-steps checklit on preparing for this birth and birth with a sibling.
